Lighthouse Point is a friendly community
incorporated in 1956, populated by 10,767
residents, and so named because it sits
under the beam of the Hillsboro Inlet
Lighthouse. The character of the City
is that of quiet, tree-shaded, canal-laced
neighborhoods, with 20 acres of parks,
13 miles of sidewalks/bike paths and
18 miles of waterways.
